Well world, today we were exploring Göteborg and even got a chance to do some fishing so I was gone all day, and another short email is heading your way.
Not much is needed to be reported this week in any case. We started the week with Zone Conference on Tuesday, which included a fantastic memorial of Elder Bailey led by President Newell. They talked about his work continuing on the other side of the veil and the great work we are all a part of. It was sobering to hear the details of everything, but also a reminder that we are in the Lord's hands and we really have no idea what's in store for us.
I had the opportunity to give my dying testimony and say my farewells to most of the missionaries in the Malmö and Helsingborg Zones. It was super strange, and all went too fast . . as it just came and went. Powerful, sad, but good.
The biggest thing with Zone Conference is that iPhones have officially come to Sweden. So you better believe I've been making my dues with my iPhone 5C. I'm sure I'm a bit behind in the world as of right now, but the dang GPS and planning features have been absolutely life saving as busses and trams here in Göteborg are incredibly frustrating to deal with.
So that's been a wonderful change here, although things seem to be quite slow.
We met with the Pehzman and he's doing well as ever, even brought a friend with him who wants to be be done with alcohol and he came to us for help. We had a spiritual teach with him there, but we haven't seen him since.
I was in the hospital again this week, with some chest problems. . and there's been a lot of sicknesses going around our Utby district. I've given a blessing, received a blessing, and we've all been on medication of some sort or another.
One of the sisters is leaving this week, so that's kind of sad. . but life moves on.
The week ended with us being in a play in Primary (essentially just doing a monologue as doubting Thomas to the whole primary) and teaching a less active, who we're hoping to get moving forward.
So we're looking towards the future. The ward was VERY involved in helping us correct the flyer information, and with that, and our continued faith and work, things are bound to happen.
Love you all.
bilder kommer imorgon.
